You can change your booking for free up to 24 hours before your pick-up time. If you change your booking within 24 hours of pick-up, a modification fee of 150 AED will apply.
Breakdown Assistance
In case of a vehicle breakdown, CAR LINE CAR RENTAL will provide a replacement car as soon as possible.
Do not attempt to repair the rented vehicle yourself without written permission from CAR LINE Car Rental.
Cancellation of Deposit Bookings
Do not attempt to repair the rented vehicle yourself without written permission from CAR LINE Car Rental.
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your rental is due to start, you'll receive a refund of the money you've paid, minus the deposit. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, but before your rental is due to start, you'll receive a refund of the money you've paid, minus either the deposit or the cost of a 3 days rental, whichever is greater. If you booked the car for less than 3 days, there won't be any additional charge, but you won't receive any refund.

If you cancel 48 hours or more before your rental is due to start, the money you’ve paid will be refunded. If you cancel in the 48 hours period before pick-up, the money you’ve paid will be refunded, minus the cost of a 3 days rental. if you booked the car for less than 3 days, there won’t be any additional charge, but you won’t receive any refund.
Damage
Police Report: In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, filing a police report is mandatory.

Enjoy the convenience of mobile routine maintenance during your lease period. Simply book in advance with our office, and our mobile service unit will be at your doorstep, saving you time and hassle.
Other Charges
Traffic Fines: Pay all fines within 48 hours of receiving them.
Tolls & Damage: Settle these charges on every billing cycle every month.
Late Charges: Any charges added to your account after returning the vehicle will be deducted from your security deposit.
Invoices: We can provide an invoice upon request.

A deposit will be blocked on your credit card for 21 working days after you return the vehicle. This deposit covers any penalties, tolls, or additional charges incurred during your rental. You can request an invoice for any deducted charges.

Prices are based on the Delivery and drop-off time will be confirmed once booking is completed. If you pick the car up any later or bring it back any earlier, you will not receive a refund for unused time.

- Minors: Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

Cleanliness: Return the vehicle clean, both inside and out. This includes removing all trash, sand, stains, and pet hair. Smoking, vaping, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
Valet Fee: A valet cleaning fee of 200 AED will apply if the car is returned excessively dirty, with sand, stains, animal fur, garbage, or lingering odor.
Excessive Exterior Dirt: For vehicles returned with excessively dirty exteriors (as determined by CAR LINE standards), a separate cleaning fee of 150 AED may apply.
Windscreen and Tire Protection
Valet Fee: A valet cleaning fee of 200 AED will apply if the car is returned excessively dirty, with sand, stains, animal fur, garbage, or lingering odor.
Excessive Exterior Dirt: For vehicles returned with excessively dirty exteriors (as determined by CAR LINE standards), a separate cleaning fee of 150 AED may apply.
This is not included in the Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW). This coverage can be added to your rentals for an additional charge, please speak to our executives. The protection includes.
